I have posted nearly 500 items but my sales have been slow. What should my average sales be?

Ah! there they are.
I would suggest putting the word "Ukraine" in your titles where appropriate.
The "bible vers doir kmocker" is a Door Knocker. This is one case where spelling is very important. Add the metal and maker if you know them.
Clothing should have the size in the Title and the measurments in the Description.
Is the Bing Crosby item a book or an LP? Say so in the Title.
Use the words LP and Vinyl in titles where appropriate. Repeat them in the Item Specifics. Repeat the again in the Description.
Is the Bradbury book a retitling of Fahrenheit 451? If so both titles should be in the Title and in the Description. Most paperbacks are less than 2cm thick and can be shipped domestically at LetterRate. Technically you can't send "goods" to the USA as a letter.

Right now you have nothing at all listed under this ID. So your average would be zero.
Most of the sellers I have seen posting consider 40% annual turnover to be pretty average . That would be about 200 items a year. But I think that means you would consistently have 500 listings, although they might be duplicates or One Of A Kind (OOAK).

It all depends on what you are selling, where you are selling it to, what your prices and shipping costs are like, etc. To give you a (likely bad) idea, in my severely neglected store on this account which only ships to Canada, I have 170 items currently listed and 36 sales in the past 3 months. In my media store with ~1200 Canada only listings, I have 168 sales in the past 3 months.
Some people selling things like jeans in the USA consider it terrible if an item hasn't sold within 30 days.
It looks to me like a lot of the items you're selling are low demand items, so sales on those will be slow. For your CDs, consider sending them out oversize lettermail in Canada. I send mine out in an eBay bubble mailer with one layer of thin packing foam wrapped around them (for high value ones, I'll put them in a uline CD case and put that in the bubble mailer). I haven't had any issues with doing it that way so far.
For DVDs, I put a piece of thin packing foam inside (to stop the disc from rattling around and possibly coming loose in transit), and just pop that in a bubble mailer and send it out oversized lettermail. It works really well for me.

I'm not sure if this is how it is supposed to work or just how it works now but in recently listing a book when i searched the title/author no book results came up. (I did do some scrolling with limited results wayyy down the line.) When I added the word BOOK a number of results showed up with books at the top. Maybe the same follows through if your looking for a CD, Dress, Hockey Card or a Car Part. If buyers are unable to find what they are looking for (easily) this will definitely affect sellers sales because of what buyers are recovering depending on their search methods going forward. More research to follow.

@lotzofuniquegoodies Yeah, that's an interesting point. I do indeed have CD or DVD as appropriate in the titles for my media store. I don't think I explicitely state "book" though, just "hardcover" or "paperback". I might have to think about that.

One quick tip if it's not said yet. Use lettermail on your small cheap items. Quick view of your profil i see a cellcase $6 + $17 shipping. No one will pay $25 for something worth $5, it can be shipped with oversize lettermail (no tracking tho). I see others such as a coin with $4 shipping that could be shipping with a P stamp for $1. Or a CD $10 + $17 shipping
I'll say what i wrote on another thread. Slow sales if there's no red flag most of time means bad pricing or low demand

New sellers often seem to come to eBay with unrealistic expectations. I have been an eBay seller for twenty years and usually have around 3000 items listed. I consider a week in which 10 items sell to be a good week.

Yes, I have the same feeling. Now, everyhing including clothes and food are very expensive, so most people spend their money on living expense.
