Since you are in Sri Lanka the first problem to solve is how to get paid.

PayPal is restricted for Sri Lanka

The new eBay.CA Managed Payments requires a bank account. At the moment that is restricted to a bank account that can receive Canadian dollars.

There have been a lot of questions from Sri Lankan members on the dotCOM Boards recently.

Because of the Block by Paypal and Sri Lanka on payments to Paypal clients in that country, I believe there is some sort of SCAM targetting entrepreneurial Singalese, perhaps by "selling" them offshore PP accounts.

Paypal has been Blocking accounts held by Singalese in Singapore and the Philippines.

Did someone charge you money for advice?

Could you give us details which can be passed to eBay and Paypal?
