Seller Dashboard?

Last months sales shown in Seller dashboard does not match actual sales. It's much less. What am I missing? Do all sales not count?

From time to time they get missed and don't ever seem to be picked up (I've noticed it often coincides with very slow email notifications for items that have sold).

Also depending on the monthend and your sales, a sale shows in today if it sells but is not paid for. If it is paid for tomorrow, it leaves "today" and shows in "tomorrow" which is a bit odd too....

More importantly, does the seller pay fees on these unnoticed sales?

Even more important, do these unnoticed sales then turn up again as relisted unsold items?

Hi Femme...

In my own experience everything EXCEPT the reporting bars is fine, all fees etc are ok and the item is correctly marked as sold everywhere.

I've been noticing they've been posting/noting problems with their statistical record keeping here and with the counts against the promoted listings from time to time over the last year.....

It mostly means you can only trust the numbers and graphs so much......
