Is there something in settings for changing the Seller Dashboard to display in Canadian Dollars for a Canadian seller that only sells on eBay dot ca? Having it in USD is basically irrelevant when the exchange rate changes all the time and our payments/fees arrive in CAD.

I posed that question to ebay staff more than two years ago and was told, no, changing Canadian sellers metrics to reflect their sales performance in CAD wasn't a priority. If we all banded together and asked again, it might move the issue further up the ladder.

Perhaps they could fix the 'monthly breakdown' counts while they're at it.
My chart shows global transaction numbers at approx. 75% of what they actually were or are.
The transaction numbers have been way off for the past 8 months.

Is the Dashboard what is called the Selling Manager Summary?
Because when I look at that on dotCA, everything in in loonies, although more than half of my sales are in US dollars.

It could be on the same to do list as fixing the calculator. Your guess that the calculator problem was a new change they implemented on dot ca and it will never be fixed is making more sense by the minute. It doesn't look like banding together here is doing us a ton of good. Sadly!!

About 8 months ago was around the time they changed the way they calculate the numbers. "Global" now means anything NOT included in the other zones.
Global seller standards program: Determines your status if you are selling in one of the markets outside of the US, UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You are evaluated based on all of your transactions which are shipped worldwide, minus those that are shipped to the US, UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Note: If you reside in a country other than the US, UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria, or Switzerland, then the Global standard will be your domestic standard.
From August 2017, individual transactions will only count toward either your Global or your regional seller performance standards - never both.
