Send offer option not available?

So I have 5 watchers on an item...but no send offer button is popping up for the specific item....

Why is this? Can anyone help?

...because Buyers can "opt-out" of receiving random offers in their settings. Simple as that...

They didn't suddenly "opt-out" they did it over time one by one, and once you do it its permenant and applies to all Sellers until you decide to accept random offers again...

I list on both dotCA and dotCOM.

I can't send Offers from dotCA if the listing is on dotCOM and vice versa.

Not a complaint, just noting.

Are you able to send coupons to buyers from dot com for your Canadian sold listings?  The option shows on my dot com page but haven't recently(ever) sold a dot com item so have never tested either way. As per the last eBay follow up on the subject possibly maybe sometime eventually in 2023ishhhhh!!!! eBay Canada timelines are never written in stone!!

Once you get to 5 watchers, the send offer eligible button disappeared. Once it went to 4 watchers, the offer became available.
You're incorrect unfortunately.

I have items with 8-9 watchers and can send offers to them the buttons are there and function just fine.

I am listing on COM, and cannot send offers to COM.

Try to play with browsers (I already described the issue in other thread). I switched to AVG browser and the "send offers" button works, again. Ebay "improved" the scripts, so they do not work in some older browsers.  

Also "list" button after adding more than 16 photos at once is dead - you click, and nothing happens.

Yes a lot of these bugs are browser issues, on the older ones things get iffy. I use chrome so far so good...

I've been having problems sending Offers in the past few days.

The Offers are going out on items that do not have PL but do have Watchers.

However, I'm still of the opinion that Watchers watch, since all are Fixed Price and most of these do have Best Offer already opted in and those Watchers could have purchased at  any time.

But it is annoying.

There's some situations where we can't send offers to watchers (if they already bought the product previously, if you already sent an offer to the buyer, etc). Could be that. Or a glitch
