Several Seller Issues & Questions

I have noticed that there are a lot of issues on eBay lately. Wondering if it is just me or anyone else having problems.

I tried to leave feedback for a recent item I bought (2 weeks) & it says "This purchase is no longer eligible for feedback".

I tried to report a non-paying buyer & it kept saying that feature was not available.  After a few days I was able to get the report a buyer page. But when I tried clicking on "Start The Report" it is not working.

I wanted to add some items to my "Shortcut" list. But cannot click on the "Add Items". It is grayed out. There is a button saying "I'm Done" but it doesn't do anything.

Also where on eBay do I find the shipping calculator tool? I see a lot of sellers use it, but under what section is this found?

@2nd-time-around-jewelryTry opening the site in private / incognito / etc browsing mode and see if the issues still persist. It might be a caching problem with your browser (or it might be an eBay issue).

Will try your suggestion. I am not very tech savy. Will get my husband to help. Thanks for the shipping calculator link but I was wondering where would I find it if I was searching for it on my own.  What heading or section is it under?

I usually just Google it. I don't think it's under any of the menus, but I could be wrong. You can add it as a link in the Seller Hub though (the Shortcut section in the Overview tab of the hub).

Strangely, it does show up in ebay help. Not all tools do. It is definitely not as good of a tool as it once was. Search either ebay tools or ebay calculator to get to it. 

Regarding shortcuts, eBay made some changes to that tool about 6 months ago. Now you can add (or should be able to add) but they have ebay URL's only. Not any links outside of eBay. I had a longish list that included a few outsiders. Mostly HS secondary search options. Some still work (CP Status page does) but not all. There now may be a limit on number you are able to add.

I just tested by adding My Orders with associated URL . I do have issues time to time in chrome scrolling down to the tab to add, after clicking the wheel at top right. It will keep reverting to top of page. Works sometimes. Other times it fights back.

Clicked add...turns to  active. Add. When I was done, clicked save and it populated. Tried with a Youtube playlist. Definite no go. 

In your situation it could be a cookies issue but hard to know without clearing and then trying.
