Shipping policy

I am having a problem with shipping policy for Domestic.

I do not know the carrier so I cannot pick a service level and a carrier.

I am going to use netparcel and go with whateve r is cheaper, when I choose the most generic option expedited shipping it says no  iinsurance but I do believe most shipment come with insurance , in my add I addded insurance & tracking included but in my shiiping section says no insurance included

I'd recommend choosing the generic standard shipping rather than expedited as it gives you more choice when shipping and a little longer to account for mail delays. It's also worth noting that technically I believe eBay considers UPS Standard and FedEx Ground to be standard shipping (no clue why since they're probably actually faster).

eBay buyers have the Money Back Gurantee, they don't need and don't care about insurance.

I suggest you remove  the reference to insurance in your descriptions.
