I have not been able to search for sold or completed listings on eBay for the past few days. Is anyone else experiencing this? Maybe it is just one of the many glitches that seem to happen daily on eBay now. Very frustrating.

I've been able to search them and see them. No issues for me.

It hasnt been working for me either...but i just used the "product research" tab in the seller hub. It will give you much cleaner search results as well.

Not exactly the same thing, but today I've been unable to filter search results by Buying Format or Item Location. After making a selection, nothing happens, even if I switch browsers.
I can filter for and see Completed and Sold Items, but I can't filter them further to Canada Only, for example.
There appears to be something amiss with the website's search feature right now.

Seeing something similar. No longer under my own account to confirm listings that will ship to certain countries. If I change default ship to shows the same 2100 +-no matter what I update to. If I change to a different seller it seems to filter okay.
I just checked another seller that has USA turned off. Previously if you clicked on drop down it only showed the countries they were willing to ship to. Now it is showing the full list. Filtering no longer matters.

It's happening for me too on Desktop using Chrome.
There is a quick, dirty workaround if you're really stuck. You can add it to the end of the URL manually by adding &LH_Sold=1&LH_Complete=1
Any of the options can be added that way. You can hover the mouse over them and pick off what you have to add for each one to get it to work.

I am using my laptop, with Windows 11 and Edge browser.
Again, no issues to see either sold or completed listings. 🤔

Are you using ebay.ca on windows?

I cannot access any selections on left side - country, sold, completed etc. I can click them, but nothing happens. I have tried it signed in and signed out. No difference. I am on a laptop and have tried 3 different browsers so cookies are not the problem. I have also tried ebay.com and everything I tried works fine - sold/completed etc. So it must be a problem on ebay.ca site ?

Just attempted a test search for a piece of stereo equipment. Dot ca brought up an exact match as 7th item. First 6 were parts for that piece of equipment. Sold option was DOA. When testing on dot com using same search words equipment match came up first. When testing sold system brings up similar. No issues. (No exact matches sold recently.)

Dot ca searches active listings fine and will sort low to high etc but the other filter options across the top such as condition and location don't work either. I have also tried dot ca from a cell phone and the filters of sold/completed and a couple others did work as they should.

Yes, issues ongoing for the last couple of days with desktop. To see sold listings, instead of ticking the Sold Items box, click the word "Sold Items". It will then show sold items. Not able to sort by country though, still a glitch with that.

What exactly are you saying?

Try using that option on the Advanced Search page as a workaround or else the Item location filter options on the left side of the search results page, if the problem is with the top row menu options only.
Using Firefox on a Windows 10 machine, I am able to click on the top "Item location" menu, but only the "default" option is shown unless I use the tab key to step through the other options, which only appear one at a time -- likely due to a format issue.

Have you tried checking today? I think this has been resolved now.

It seems to be fixed now. Wasn't working when I tried a few hours ago. Probably
too much of a leap of faith for them to let us know something has been repaired/fixed/updated/modified/removed/downgraded etc etc?
