Store Name?

I'm thinking of opening a basic store and was wondering about using a different Store Name than my Ebay User ID?  Can you do that and does it matter either way in your experiences? Thanks!

You can use a different name.

Does it make a "difference"? Probably not.

You can choose either your eBay user ID or something different. When I opened my store a few years ago I chose a name that showcases what I sell namely vintage jewelry. But it is up to you.

One of my stores has a different name than the ID for that account.

I doubt anyone has ever noticed.

 Most buyers are buying from eBay, not from the actual seller. If the seller does a good job, she's invisible.
