Suspensions

Im a new seller on ebay...But didnt even list any item or created my seller account..I heard from people that when we created our seller account and during the payoneer verification period our accounts can be suspended and also after creating the very first listing same thing happening..

So can anyone give me some advises and some helps to create my seller account securely and list items on the account without any suspensions or any restrictions please?

There's no eBay Sri Lanka, Lotz, which may be why several Sri Lankans have posted here in the past few months.

My understanding is that Payoneer can be used to facilitate making a payment from Sri Lanka, but sellers can't use it to accept payments.  Sellers may be trying to use it to accept payments and getting suspended for doing so as it's not part of the Managed Payments system.

Sorry, you are going to have to contact Payoneer and/or eBay customer service.

You are in Sri Lanka and This is the eBay Canada community board which is for member to member help, but there is no customer service rep that will answer your questions here. Neither Canada or USA sellers use Payoneer for eBay selling...we are required to use eBay's Managed Payment system which requires a bank account. We know nothing about the Payoneer process for eBay.

On a hunch checked where registered and it confirmed Sri Lanka. When google-ing nothing came up for that country other than mentions of of HelloCorp. Probably best researched at that end.

Sellers can't use Paypal to accept payments.  They can use Payoneer and it is part of the MP system

As others have mentioned we don't have experience with Payoneer.  I don't know why they are getting suspended, perhaps they are trying to list before they have been approved? You might want to contact some other Sri Lankans that are actively listing on ebay.com to see if they have any suggestions.
