I've been a Top Rated Seller for a while now and I thought I was getting a 10% discount on my FVF, as such. However, I just looked at my Seller Dashboard and noticed I'm not getting the discount anymore, because none of my listings qualify (I changed them all from one-day handling to a two-day handling during Covid. And I have a 14 day return policy).

I really missed the boat on this... When did "Top Rated Plus" become a thing? Or is this just on US sales or listings on .com?

You must be looking at the US dashboard rather than the global dashboard? Your listings show on .ca that you still have global trs so you should still be getting your discount.

TRSplus has been in the US for a while now and has certain requirements that we don't have in order to get trs status here. US sellers can be trs but not get the discount if their listings don't meet those requirements.

I did notice recently that they changed the trs icon on our .ca listings to trs plus but that doesn't mean anything as far as I can figure out. We still don't have to meet the US requirements.
