Unable to modify Template under Manage Inventory

I'm unable to modify any Template under Manage Inventory. 

We get the following message:

Well, this is embarrassing.

We're sorry, but the listing tool isn't working right this second.

Please try again later.

We've used three different computers and two different browsers and we received the same message.

The problem first occured yesterday afternoon.

I'm getting the same issue here in the UK. Unable to list a few items and has been like this for 24 hours now.

I was experiencing the same problem but now it seems to be corrected!

Now what I am experiencing is when you try to change pages within inventory it stays on the same first page?????
