Unable to open private message

A few days ago I got an email saying i had a private message, but I can find no way to open it.

Look 2 over from "ebay help" in upper right corner of your screen, click on the (likely red) envelope caricature...that takes you to the messaging...

If you think it may be a community  message, look at the envelope on the top right of the screen you're on now.  If there is a number by the envelope, click on it and it will you to community private messages.
