Variable shipping rates problem

I am selling stamps from Canada and offer 3 shipping rates, one to Canada, one to USA, one international. When I sell to the USA, ebay is plugging in the international rate in errorand keeps overcharging by .50.  I suspect it is how I have  done my setup.  See below:

Help please

Variable shipping rates problem

And don't use North and South America as a choice.

That will overide the USA price with the international price too.

Variable shipping rates problem

Hi @stillaliveca just a note to clarify that these are fixed shipping rates for various areas, which is different from variable rates (variable rates change the shipping amount based on the postal code etc of the buyer).

Your fix is easy, you have to put it in order with worldwide last.

If you change it to Canada, then USA, then Worldwide all will be well.

It goes in order and since USA is in "worldwide" it applys that, it will never get to any countries created after worldwide because all countries are in worldwide.
