Great, content from a spammy video content aggregator.
Would rather the money was spent on hiring some devs to fix all the bugs cropping up lately.

Hi sixscale. I went to browse through your store and, when I clicked on page 2, I read in big bold red letters that "This store does not exist". When I went back the second time to look it was fine. Kind of typical of what has been happening on eBay lately.

Videos such as these would fall under the category of
active content ...
and I believe that eBay has "banned" active content and will require that all such content be removed from a listing....
Could it be because of the use of mobile devices by potential buyers.
The following tool could be used to identify and remove active content in a listing

These are eBay videos put in you listing, not seller made videos in the seller description. Seller has no control over this new ebay video feature.
Read the eCommercebytes article.

This kind of action won't help. There are a lot of sites that used the same type of ADware to promote either their site or product. some almost act as viruses. Pending on the OS your using and the age of your system, this can create havoc on your computer. Another genius revenue building idea by the great minds of Ebay. We will see.

Checked on a return that I am expecting, and when I went to click RETURN DETAILS , it wanted me to sign in on the German Ebay page. No the buyer wasn't from Germany.
I guess that what you get when you pay Walmart wages to their tech people.

" videos are inserted into listings regardless of sellers' preferences,"
It doesn't say if the videos will start up automatically, nor if they will include sound. Does anyone else find unsolicited videos annoying when you're trying to read? Will we all have to insert a warning that "Any videos in this listing are put in by ebay and are in no way intended to be representative of the actual item listed. The stills (item pictures) are of the item you will receive".
Very annoying.

I guess we will have to wait and see. The ones I really hate our the ones with sound. They start up automatically.
I wouldn't be surprised if the ads show a better and cheaper version of what you're selling and steals your customer away. But at least ebay will be paid for the advertising. LoL.
