When should I change my basic store when 10,000 free ends?

When we got 10,000 free listings a while ago, I changed my store to basic, but it ends on the 31st.

My question is, do I have to change to Premium on that date, or can I wait until my 350 free listings are almost finished?

I forgot to say that I sell on .com so I am not eligible for the new free listing on .ca

Yes, it just goes until Jan 1st. 2020

There is a possibility that there will be a new promotion announced on the 31st of December.

Remember that eBaydot CA runs on Eastern Time, but dotCOM runs on Pacific Time.

And we do seem to still be able to list on both sites with two sets of "free" listings.

So your 350 USD listings would be complemented by 350 Cdn listings.

I have about 860 listings, so that wouldn't work for me. I intend updating my subscription, but I don't know if I can delay it until my 350 free listing on my basic subscription have almost expired.

Pretty sure when the upgraded store kicks in it will restart the "free" counter at zero used, so best benefit is to wait until most of your 350 are used up before upgrading.
