Who is this Artist?

Hello everyone 🙂 for the life of me I cannot read the artist signature! I have tried Pico, Fico...nothing.  Looks like Tin Tin... Does anyone recognize this artists work or can read the signature? This is from an estate sale in Senneville Quebec.
