This is a first for me. My withdrawal/transfer of paypal funds on Saturday to my back account failed and was 'refunded' today with no explanation whatsoever on either line in the Account Activity. I kinda need that money in my actual bank account since I can't pay for groceries with paypal funds. Has this ever happened to anyone else? I'm trying again today.

And to add to the fun, here is the other email I was sent. (My account balance went "negative" because it showed a balance of $745 or so, I opted to transfer $720 to my bank account, not knowing that although they told me in the previous letter that my last transfer of $450 (or so) was reversed, truth is, it made my bank yet PP was, for goodness knows why, showing the $450 in my PP balance, therefore not transferred to my bank (that make sense?) Been dazed and confused for so long its not true.......

I've had no further communication from PayPal.....
But on the other hand!
The money has appeared in my bank account under today's date (26th).
One thing I noticed, normal withdrawals come from PayPal PTE Ltd (the non-US division of PayPal based in Singapore) but this "replacement" transfer came from PayPal (the US division).
Whatever the problem was they fixed it fast. I made the initial transfer Sunday at 4:00am so I was expecting the deposit to maybe show up on Tuesday, I guess it did, the problem happened so they resent using a different and obviously faster route (unless of course the deposit I'm seeing gets reversed in the next few hours).
I have to wonder, if they can do an overnight deposit this time why can't they do that all the time?
For anyone who ends up with overdraft of nsf charges as a result I think PayPal will cover it as they did for some people caught in the postage payment being taken from bank accounts instead of PayPal balance glitch a week or so ago.
