Can we list products in US dollars on eBay.ca ?

Just was browsing eBay.ca and find Canadian sellers to list their items in US dollars .They ship from Quebec .Did i missed something lately ?

What is file exchange?

I have been using turbo lister however I am looking at alternatives. Tyler mentioned file exchange. I do use that to create an inventory list on excel. I noticed on a listing this and was wondering what else does file exchange do.
