Canada Post 2022 Rate Chart as of June 6th

I have updated my chart because there have been so many changes since Jan. Perhaps jasmen@ebay could remove the Jan chart which is pinned and put this one in its place.

BULK EDIT OF PROMPTED SHIPPING RATE

I have some promoted listings not showing because the rate is below the 2.0% minimum. I updated some in bulk but now when I select a bulk edit the field for changing this does not come up? Any idea why?
