Where are you stuck?

Have you completed the Sell Your Item form?

If not, forget the form you have been using, and start again fresh.

This time go to the upper right corner of the form where it says Customize.

Click on that and get the Advanced/Business form which is easier to fill, gives more choices, and explains better what is happening (and how much it will cost).

I sold an item, sent an invoice, the buyer actually contacted me anxious to receive the item.... next thing I know they're no longer a registered user and I haven't heard a thing. Very flaky users.
