eBay Design Research

I got an email for a survey today that I filled out. The topic was in regards to ebay credit. It was only asking questions about returns as a buyer and nothing in regards to as a seller.

It asked how often i buy on the site and how i pay for orders. It also asked what my highest purchase was in the past year.  other questions were along the lines of , If you were to return an item would you consider recieving ebay credit for a faster return. Esentially i think ebay is trying to come up with a credit funtion on the site for buyers who return items to get refunded imediatley (when dropped off at Fedex USPS UPS etc) vs when an item is shipped back to the seller and inspected and refunded to original payment method (the way it is now). They did ask what amount would you be comfortable using the credit function for (under 25$, 25, 50, 100 etc). Doubt i would want my 200.00 purchase refunded to credit on ebay but maybe 25.00

Wonder if this featured ever gets implimented and if so can credit would be useable towards ebay fees as a backup on the platform for when managed payments send money to our banks.
