Whenever I want to "send an offer" or "send an invoice" it's so frustrating. I usually have to get the buyer to make the purchase and then I refund them - it has to be easier than that.
I only see the "Reply With Offer" option sometimes and I never see "Send an Invoice".
Why not add "Reply With Offer" and "Send an Invoice" in the Actions dropdown and leave them there so that we can easily take care of transactions - it's not that hard.
I think you’d have to repost this on the dotcom boards; eBay.ca does not support the Reply With Offer feature so it’s unlikely eBay Canada staff can get involved.
