Invited sellers can list up to 10 auction or fixed-price listings and pay no fees, though they will have to pay fees for optional features such as Reserve Price, Subtitle, Gallery Plus, listing in 2 categories, etc. They will also have to pay any applicable PayPal payment processing fees.
Sellers will find this appealing for high-value items, since the higher the final selling price, the bigger the commission is in the form of final value fees, therefore the greater the savings to sellers whose promotional listings end in a sale.

I mean who want only up to 10 listings. Why not 1,000. I have items that my buyers prefer to buy with combined shipping, so only up to 10 listings won't sit with my repeated buyers.
Unless it is a purpose by eBay wanting FVFs on shipping costs when only one buyer bought only one item. That is where eBay may not like if we have buyers that bought multiple orders and get combined shipping, meaning eBay don't get more FVFs on combined shippings.
Oh well!

You mean no FVFs if we sold up to 10 listings? If yes, wonder but we don't get the invite on both accounts, so wonder who is getting the invite.

This is total BS on eBay's part.
I received the invite to the promotion by email, and again 2 additional reminder emails throughout June.
I sold 1 item on ebay following the link provided in the email, and again the link on the linked-to promotion page.
They charged me the FVF on a video game which was my 1st ever sale on eBay (a test-the-waters if you will).
After spending some time on a call with an eBay representative who was unable to provide any help, eBay has successfully lost all future sales from me over a matter of a little over $1 CAN.
Very disappointed in eBay for this.
Do I not trust messages from eBay?
Do I not sell on eBay when they tell me I won't be charged?
For such a large company as eBay, I'm extremely surprised that they mistakenly charged me, and again that they couldn't even resolve a matter of $1.42 CAN.
Very sad.

"eBay's club of not invited sellers on eBay.ca"
Welcome to the club --- FVF required

I didn't get one, either.
For the $20 in FVF's I'd likely save, it's not going to make a difference.
