Very interesting choices,

I don't think ebay would like to hear what I think about their choices, I guess that I should congratulate them, but I did not think that feedback score of 94% was all that great. Mind you it is in a tough category.

What do you fine folks think?

Interesting to see that the choices are relatively small sellers.

Also solid proof that eBay does not worry about feedback as a selling metric.

Checking back, two of them are doing good, the third one, not so much.

I would ask....

How would I feel if I were that seller?

Neutral, negatives  and questionable customer service are not my cup of tea.....

But ......It does indicate small sellers are important to eBay.....

One is definitely struggling with some issues since almost half their negative feedback for the year has accumulated during the last 3 months.

The other two look to be doing well.

Oh well.  Designer fashion, computer tech, questionable customer service, icons of the new eBay.

The "failing" computer seller could be an example of the risks of growing too quickly.

I have seen it in the stamp world where a company grows very quickly and very apparently their help taking pictures at least has no idea about anything in the stamp world. This probably ends up being true of other hired help they have. It means there will be more problems especially INADS.

I have experienced this myself when I've had helpers who aren't stamp conversant, it increases the risk of INADs.

Almost all the stamp companies I noticed this happening for aren't selling anymore.....

It looks like unless they change something pretty quickly, the computer seller may suffer the same fate.....

Sadly for myself, it doesn't look much like I'm going to have to worry about growing too quickly!!!!

Which were also some of the icons of the old eBay (from my 2004 viewpoint).
