ebays new return policy I have a buyer that stated he received tablet and had a cracked screen ,was not shipped that way but things get broken in the mail so I asked the buyer to return and I would fully refund him all shipping cost ,he opened a claim I even offered to send the money to pay the return shipping then once I received tablet the rest of the money would be refunded, I cannot not send shipping labels as I sell very little on ebay ,the buyer would not respond to me and I could not responded to buyer as ebay would not allow it ,so the buyer got fully refunded and keep the tablet ,now who is to say that the tablet was even broken as I feel I just got ripped off again.

I'm sorry that happened to you. I don't know exactly what happened in your situation but it is really important to click on return for refund (not just refund) in a situation like this. Otherwise, if ebay rules in the buyers favour and you haven't agreed they can return the item, ebay will often just refund without a return.
