Hi, I have a buyer that bought a game and says it doesn't work and started a return request. I want to get a shipping label and send it to him so he can ship it back but i am unsure how to go about it. Do i get the label through ebay like the intial label or do i have to go into the post office? Thanks in advance.

Through eBay, I haven't had a return in years so I am unsure of the process.
But with eBay you are getting a discount on the counter rate.

If the customers in the US, you would need to use soemthing like "Shippo" to generate one. His address would be the senders address and yours the recipients address.
If its in Canada I am not sure if you can generate one on ebay, I havent had a return request in a while to see i this is an option.

Awesome, thank you. This buyer was within Canada so ebay was able to generate a label for me and send to the buyer on my behalf. I just wanted to make sure before i committed to the return shipping that i would be able to.
