I have an auction ending soon and a potential buyer just brought an error in the listing to my attention, it's too late to edit to correct it, so should I just cancel the auction? Or wait until the end and see if the winner already noticed the mistake?

Personally, if the error was a big one - I would end the auction. If the error was a small one in the description and the item was purchased, I would bring it to the buyers attention before the item was shipped and give them the option of getting out of the deal.

I don't think it's a big deal, I am selling a lot of coins and 4 of them are 1967, and they are clearly visible in the photo, but I had put "pre 1967" in the title, when I meant 1967 and earlier. I just don't want any issues after the sale.

See if you have time to REVISE the item. Honesty is still the best policy. Let the winner know before invoicing.
