partial refund changed?

I am trying to send a partial refund and am having a heck of a time.  They used to take the funds from the bank account that I linked to ebay but now they want a credit card?  I don't really want to pay even more interest on transactions than I have to.  Anyone else?

From past personal experience if you have a balance they take from there first. Unable to know when you're next sale will be but if your customer can wait (if that is an option) try sending after your next sale processes. Why I leave my balance in until the last possible moment. In the past if I didn't have a balance it was taken from my bank account vs cc. Unsure if that is a new change.

If your 'other selling costs' are set up to be taken out of your bank account, they should be taken from there. I can't remember where it can be changed but if you find it, check to see if your cc is set up to pay 'other selling costs' and if it is, change it to your bank account.
