Refunded buyer friday after 6 weeks of "where my item"
yes tracked (item hanging out in Chicago)
Yes kept constant contact with buyer replied to all/any queries
working to keep buyer as in the loop as possible, you know being the "good ebay seller"
Item shows Saturday, buyer happy and wants to repay. That's nice
So Just how do you reinvoice buyer with NO access to their email?
Yes checked ebay , no email provided (sorry we don't allow that)
Yes checked paypal no email provided ( contact buyer via ebay)
No links on either ebay or paypal to resubmit invoice.
So Ima going to ask ......how ?

did get it sorted though... buyer voluntarily

I believe that since you have been in a transaction with the buyer that you can ask him for his PP address on eBay Messages.
Then use PP's Send Money service to re-bill him.
Take a look at the PP payment and refund first, I think the email address is available there, which would be simpler.

If the paypal email was not deleted from your deleted files.
deleted files empty after 30 days lapse
