so basically I'm having trouble finding a shipping discount.
Basically what i want to do is
ex.
sell 1 game for 2.20 shipping
sell 2 game for 2.20 shipping
sell 3 game for 2.20 shipping
sell 4 game for 2.20 shipping
sell 5-7 games for + 3.50 shipping
so basically if someone wants to buy 4 games i only want them to pay 2.20 $ for shipping not 8.80 than have to refund them the 6.20$ and be out on the eBay fees as well making me have to pay for the shipping out of my own pocket is there anyway to do this. I also don't want to do best offer because the amount of games i'm going to be putting up will just get spammed with stupid offers when the prices are already low.
thanks.

Take a good look at:
http://pages.ebay.ca/help/pay/shipping-discounts.html
I would suggest you stick to $2.20 (or $2.25 or $2.30) shipping for the first item and offer all additional items at no additional shipping charge
It is easy to do by entering $2,20 (or whatever) in the first shipping box and $0.00 in the second shipping box for listings with multiple quantities.
You need to decide what rate you want for Canada, the USA and overseas (if you ship overseas)

If you are adjusting a buyer's invoice to discount the shipping,
DO NOT HIT RECALCULATE.
