Cannot switch back to quick listing tool. It says I need to select/create a payment option but if I try to it gives me this message :

So I am stuck not being able to sell any items
! I already have two items currently listed which I posted with the quick listing tool, I just accidentally clicked advanced listing tools the other day and then just clicked off the page. Now if I try to post a listing this prevents me!
