I'd double check your shipping policies for the items in question, based on what I'm seeing in the listing it looks like you've stated that you will ship to New Zealand (via a 'worldwide' shipping choice) but haven't specified a set cost. This is most common in situations where you are charging 'flat' shipping vs 'calculated' shipping.
If you are getting many requests from New Zealand buyers you can make a proactive offer in response to their messaged questions or consider changing your shipping to include that area, or specify a flat shipping cost for the 'worldwide' area.
