eBay Call-back is an utter failure.

Have you ever tried to get a callback from eBay. If you haven't don't bother they will never call you back. I've tried to use it both online and by phoning in and asking for a callback. The answer is always 30+ minutes but I'm now up to 3 hours and guess what, NOTHING.

You'll also notice that if you want to criticise their performance there is NO subject that gives you that opportunity as if they are perfect.

I've never had a problem with a call back.

I generally wait on hold. Callbacks are likely to arrive at a worse time for me but when I have opted to use that service, the call did come when promised.
