eBay app unable to open draft

• My eBay app is malfunctioning, when attempting to start a listing it says 

“Unable to open draft” 

The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format 
(BoltV2ParserDataCorrupted(URL.finalValueFeeURL))

please advise on action to take to remedy. 
I’ve already checked my updates, uninstalled & reinstalled app and warm booted my device.

Same with me.  Just spoke to ebay about it, and they are discontinuing the app; all work now needs to be done through a browser!!!!!!!!

With over 50% of transactions reported to use phones rather than desktops, this sounds very odd indeed.
