My buyer left me a neitural feedback without asking me first because she didn't receive item,$10. will refund now. Can she change feedback?

Hello! It happens first to me. My buyer didn't receive her item, $10. She didn't contact me first and left me a neitural feedback. I will refund her money now. I have 100% feedback. Can she change her feedback to positive? Thanks.

It's the seller who has to send the buyer a feedback revision request,not the other way around. Follow the directions on this page. Contact the buyer first and see if she is willing to revise her feedback before making the effort to send her the request.

Seller must request revision..  contact buyer , would have refunded had you let me know, have refunded etc would you be willing to revise your feedback if eBay asks..agrees, file.

Firstly, contact the buyer. Explain to them the situation, and kindly request if they will change their feedback. If they won't, you can't force it. What good is feedback if everybody changes it all the time?
