I haven't used eBay in a long time and I mistakenly put an item on auction last week. When I checked today it said that the auction would run out in 7 minutes. For some reason, it automatically put the item back on auction. I meant to cancel the auction but got there minutes too late. How do I remove it?

Link and help for ending a listing early.
Whether you can end your auction listing early depends on if you’ve received any bids yet, how much time is left in the auction, and if you have a reserve price in place.
Auctions now make up less than 15% of eBay transactions, and most of those include options for Buy It Now or Best Offer both of which subvert the Auction process.
And Auctions do automatically end and relist nowadays, because the normal seven days is not long enough to find buyers, another reason why auctions are so little used.
But you can cancel any listing, just make sure that you also cancel any bids at the same time.
