Can I work on listings/drafts/post new listings while store is on vacation?

I'm taking a month off of my store to regroup and clean out some inventory (I haven't taken a break in many years). 

I want to be able to have some fresh new listings for reopening and will be going through my unlisted while my store is shut so that I can have some new items. Can you still post listings (BIN) or save drafts (I assume they will drop off if untouched during usual timeline). I have a yearly subscription so will still be paying for my store.

You can do anything you want to do on your store when the store is on vacation....

New listings, revise listings, delete listings and everything else 

You do have some options when the store is put on vacation. 

Make sure people cannot buy anything.... 

Some people will be able to view your listings in the store.... when the store is on vacation.
