Can I work on listings/drafts/post new listings while store is on vacation?

I'm taking a month off of my store to regroup and clean out some inventory (I haven't taken a break in many years). 

I want to be able to have some fresh new listings for reopening and will be going through my unlisted while my store is shut so that I can have some new items. Can you still post listings (BIN) or save drafts (I assume they will drop off if untouched during usual timeline). I have a yearly subscription so will still be paying for my store.

You can definitely create listings and save them but I have no idea if they can be posted as I've never tried it.   Actually I haven't used the new system which is called 'time away' but I'm sure that it is fairly similar.

I plan on using the time away as it hides listings so people can't purchase it looks like

That's wise. I've never understood advertising items that are NOT for (immediate) sale.
