Do I refund a product( a watch) someone bought, then broke and wants their money back?

I sold a N.O.S. watch and the person who bought it broke it and wants their money back, anyone know what would be E-bay's policy be in regard to something like this?

Did he say in an eBay message that he broke it? That would be golden for you.

Items can be returned, even if the seller says "no returns" in his listing. If you take Paypal, you take returns.

BUT

The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent/received and the buyer must use a Delivery Confirmed service.

If your buyer is in the USA that is Global Priority and costs about $20-25. There are cheaper GP services, but they do not include Delivery Confirmation.

In Canada, it would be Regular Parcel and runs around $12 up.

Remember the buyer can leave feedback and more importantly Detailed Seller Ratings. Be calm and polite.

But you don't have to take back an item that the buyer damaged.
