You may sell services on eBay. The sale of services is mentioned in our "No item" listings policy.

You'll want to list it somewhere in our Specialty Services category. I don't see a lot of listings of this nature for sale, but it is not prohibited by policy.

Listings that are out of stock but left active, often with a drastically increased price to prevent purchases. (See the out-of-stock option for Good 'Til Cancelled listings.)

It sounds like a service that should be offered to stressed out Canadian eBay sellers and should be paid for entirely by eBay!!!

My inclination is that the answer is no but I don’t recall the policy offhand. Are you asking as someone who thought they might like to do that, or are you looking to report it?
