Has anyone else noticed this? When you print an ebay shipping label, the shipper’s name and address print out at about twice the font size of the recipient’s. The result is that if someone doesn't look at the label carefully, they will think that the parcel is supposed to be shipped to the seller, not the buyer. I'm concerned that because of this, a parcel that I've mailed is going to end up on my own doorstep.
I don't want to have to go to PayPal to print a label, I want to do it on Ebay. How do I give feedback to them about this? I've always suspected that if you tell a phone rep about an issue, it's ignored.
