Good til cancelled questions?

I have some questions about how good til cancelled actually works. All of my listings are single listings, not multiple, so why does a sold listing keep showing up in my active listings? and are these being renewed? am i paying for something that is sold already? Also,is there a way to archive them? or is the only way to take them out of the active listings to delete them? ANy insight on this would be really helpful, thank you 🙂

As the other poster mentioned your out of stock option must be checked off.  To turn it off go to accounts - site preferences.  Your are using up a free listing when that zero quantity item rolls over to the next month so if you just gave 1 of most items, it would be best to turn off that option.

 You can end your current out of stock listings. You should see that option in my eBay or sellers hub.

My understanding is that there is an option in your settings call Out of stock which if on will keep a listing active and running even when the quantity goes to zero. Check if that setting is on for you. The purpose of this setting is to keep it a listing alive with sales history for when you get more stock.
