How do I take two listings and bundle it into one for a customer?

I was contacted by a potential buyer. They said they were interested in two video games I have for sale, and asked if they purchased them together if I would waive the shipping. We've come to an agreed price, but the problem is these two items are still up under separate listings. How would I go about creating this bundle deal? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Close both listings.

They will go to your Unsold Items list and rest there for 60 days or more.

Make a new Fixed Price Lisiting with Free Shipping, that includes the photos (you do save your photos don't you?) and the descriptions of the items.

USE THE CUSTOMER'S NAME AS THE TITLE.

Tell the customer how to find it and tell him it's only good for XX hours (96 hours is four days, plenty of time, I go for 48 myself).

If he buys, ship.

If he doesn't meet the deadline, add him to your Blocked Bidder List as a timewaster.

Close the special listing , which will go to your Unsold List.

Now, you can choose to reopen the earlier listings, or to revise the special one with a better title and a massaged price.

Don't leave both the original and the new listing open at the same time.

Wait, this is only about shipping? The buyer will pay asking price if you give him free postage?

Ask him to buy them and then Send Invoice with the postage amount changed to zero. Tell him to wait to get your invoice before he pays.

You might have to add Best Offer only to override Immediate Payment Required if you had that enabled.

Add Best offer to each listing..  Set the minimum acceptable for each listing.

Buyer makes an offer based on agreed total price for the two items

Send an invoice.....  with agreed shipping cost

If they commit to buy each item, but exit without paying, when taken to the relative payment pages, the items will show up on your 'Sold' list.

Then you can invoice the items with the discounts agreed to.

Works for me when I buy items.

Oops!

By NAME I meant eBay ID, since the title will show in your   FB.

Also, ship with tracking! You're a new seller and this is a high fraud category. Plus, there's a postal strike on right now so a late arrival is your BEST case scenario. Where is the buyer located that he/she wants free shipping? Do you have a sense of what that postage will cost you?

Are these your auctions or your buy it now items? You cannot add Best Offer to an auction with bids. You have to let it draw to its natural conclusion unless there is some sort of emergency.

Maybe your question is less about bundling and more about how to Send an Invoice after an item has been bought but before it is paid?

You can't bundle them after the fact but you can add Best Offer to them. Ask the buyer to send you offers for the amounts you've agreed and then Accept them. Easy. Then Send Invoice with  adjusted postage savings, if applicable.
