I see you have another post about this showing that the item you listed is not showing shipping in Canada. That is because you listed it on .com rather than on .ca and the listing is only showing shipping to the US.  Note that the listing is $US. You might want to delete it and start it again on .ca.

Why can't you offer free shipping? There is a tab there to do so or just type in 0.00. If you can explain what is happening, perhaps someone can help.

There is a little oval that turns blue when you point and drag on it. That  turns on Free Shipping.

For USA and overseas, just enter $0.00 as the shipping price, as we did on the previous easier to use form.

Just in case.

Since it has been six months since you sold, are you registered with Managed Payments?
We can't use Paypal as payment processor any more.

You need a checking account in a Canadian bank plus one more form of ID to register.

And expect your customer's payment to be Held against your proven customer service for up to 30 days, after which it will be automatically transferred to your checking account.

As a note to others with a similar problem.

When we list on dotCOM, "domestic" shipping is the USA and USPS. 

Canada will be under International.

We have to use Flat Rate shipping for all destinations when we list on dotCOM but ship from Canada.
