One Listing with 3 books

Hello
How do I create a single listing with 3 different books on it?

In testing several of my previously created mixed lot listings I am discovering the following:

Mixed lot of cookbooks - Originally in Lots - Now under Magazines

Mixed lot of novels - Originally in Book Lots - Now under Books

Mixed lots of scrapbooking supplies - Originally in Mixed lots under scrapbooking -  Now under Stickers

These eBay modifications have corrupted listings that were created accurately originally.

Unsure why but eBay Canada has had a number of the mixed lot categories  removed.  The separate lot categories there were once there are MIA. There is a larger variety of sub categories on dot com for lots but definitely not as many as there once was. (This is a major annoyance making the process of creating accurate listings extremely difficult.) Below is the category map for ebay Canada.

A couple of possible suggestions below:

This makes for sellers listing lots often in inaccurate categories making them into a jumbled mess and difficult for buyers to find unless they are able to type in very precise keywords. 

devon@ebay  Could you please address? Many sellers continue to list items in combined lots. These changes have made listing accurately very challenging to put items where they truly belong.

PS. Checking out the current map for books on ca is definitely like looking at a dumpster fire. Unsure how to heads or tails of  Nonfiction Fiction & Nonfiction Books   as a sub category.
