Retracting Feedback - I'm a seller -Wrong Comment Entered !!

Ykes - Was using my cell to leave soe quick feedback --- was the page set up changed again?? 

My fingers slipped holding the cell, and the first comment line entered. Which was a terrible comment ending with "" CASE FILED"" -- I have never written this in my custom Feedback list, so why is it even an option? 

I've never seen this on ebay's stock comments either - **bleep** !

I entered a review comment below it already saying it is false.... but I'd love to remove it all together, for the people that never read line two....   - This buyer is new .only three stars, I don't want this against him...

PS I'm running a fever  for more excuses ! lol

Worse- false positives are not allowed. Again why would this even be on the "custom" list.

Your response makes it MORE likely that the FB will be read, but most sellers never look at FB since most transactions are Fixed Price. Only feedback in auctions and Best Offers is easily found.
