I am new to selling on ebay, have only listed a few items to try things out. I currently list on another platform, but really need to expand to here if possible, I hear good things about Ebay selling. My problem is my database. I use Homebase and have about 8,000 books listed there. I have gotten differing answers regarding uploading my database as opposed to entering everything one at a time.
I've heard you have to supply a photo, and I've heard Ebay has stock photos of some items.
Also, I am not technically inclined, but have been told Homebase is not compatible with sites like Shopify and Bonanza, which I tried to join.
I've also had differing answers to the fees, and having a store, etc. So any help, advice, etc. will be gladly absorbed. Even if its to let me know definitively that it won't work out here.
THANK YOU

Another thought, eBay will restrict the number and value of your listings until you prove yourself.
So you won't be able to upload very many listings for the first few months anyway.
You can list manually at first while you get a feel for the place. By the time you can list more, you will have it down pat.
You can ask for more listings every 30 days.
