Shipping Locally In Canada

I'm in canada, before I list an item, how do I make sure that I have shipping to canada enabled?

or is it default?
I found this: Exclude shipping locations, but I don't see canada listed.

If you are listing on eBay.ca as opposed to eBay.com or eBay France, or what have you, you must ship within Canada.  There is no way to exempt Canada as a shipping location on the Canadian eBay site for this reason.

Domestic shipping= the country from which you are shipping

on.CA that =Canada

On .Com that=United States

All other shipping destinations you must deal with at your discretion by applying the adequate criteria
