Hi all,
I had two separate buyers return items, and both "arrived" today. Package #1 arrived damaged, but it looks like it was damaged in transit because the buyer didn't provide enough protection in the box. Package # 2 is marked as delivered to me, but I have not actually received the package. I have contacted the buyer to confirm the exact address they used to ship the item back to me, but I haven't heard back yet. The tracking information doesn't provide the address it arrived at.
How do I go about processing these returns? Any info would be appreciated!
The missing package just arrived which is strange since it was marked as delivered at 3:33pm and it's not 8:04 pm.
